2. Your Statutory Rights (UK Law)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

To cancel:
 • Email us at lumea.london@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
 • You then have another 14 days to return the Products
 • Products must be unopened, unused, and with hygiene seal intact
 • Return shipping is always at the customer’s expense. We do not offer prepaid return labels or reimburse return postage under any circumstances. This is in line with UK law: 
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013  
Regulation 35 – “Unless the trader has offered to collect the goods, the consumer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.” https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/regulation/35
 • Refund includes the Product price
 • Refund is issued within 14 days after we receive the returned items

3. Hygiene Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of:
 • opened cosmetics
 • used Products
 • Products with broken hygiene seals

This is required under UK hygiene and consumer safety regulations.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, email us within 14 days with photos or video evidence.

You may choose:
 • refund
 • replacement (where appropriate)

5. Orders & Payment
 • Your contract with us is formed when your order is dispatched
 • Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
 • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, etc.)
 • We may cancel orders where fraud, misuse, or errors are suspected

 • Delivery time depends on carrier
 • Risk passes to you on delivery to the provided address

All Products are handmade in small batches.
Natural variations in colour, texture or scent are normal.

Please check the full ingredients list before use.
We are not liable for allergic reactions caused by misuse or failure to check ingredients.

We are not liable for:

 • loss of profit
 • indirect or consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
 • death or personal injury caused by negligence
 • fraud
 • your statutory consumer rights

Maximum liability = the value of your order.
